Voluteer Opportunities: Adults and teens are welcome to volunteer
  • PSR Catechists/Teacher: Catechists are adults who teach the children in the various PSR classes.  They are volunteers who work with the Director of Religious Education, and there is material and training provided.  Some classes have two co-teachers in the classrooms, which is a great help for both the Catechists and the students.
  • PSR Catechist Assstant: These are volunteers who help the PSR Teachers in the classroom.  They are also offered training and necessary resources.
  • PSR Substitute Teachers: When Catechists need to be absent, Substitute Teachers step in to teach on needed Sunday mornings.  They are contacted as far ahead as possible by the DRE and are provided with topics and books and directions for that particular lesson.
