INTRODUCTION TO LONG-RANGE PLANNING FROM FR. BOB FARRELL:

"My fellow parishioners,

In order to assess the present situation and examine the future needs of St. Bartholomew, we have entered into a long-range advancement planning process with the Institute of School and Parish Development.  The Pastoral Council and Pastoral Staff believe they will assist us in creating a dynamic vision for the future. The results of this process will help us best serve the parishioners and the surrounding community for many years to come...

Final Plan in process

The final LRAP will be presented to the parish in the near future. For the next two months, we will be organizing the facilitators and committee members. Many of you have signed up to help with implementation - Thank you!! You will be hearing from us soon!

All thoughts and ideas shared by parishioners during the small group discussions will be documented by Core Team facilitators. We will tabulate and take multi-votes during the large group meeting. The final plan will be put together and given to the parish within two months after the final parish town hall meeting. The implementation of the plans will start to take place shortly after.
